Champagne Doyard 1er Cru Cuvee Vendemiaire is made with 100% Chardonnay. A cuvee with a blend of 2017 (50%), 2016 (30%) and 2015 (20%). The wines come primarily from Vertus 1er Cru, along with parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru, Oger Grand Cru, Avize Grand Cru, and Cramant Grand Cru.
45+-year-old vines.
Clay and limestone terroir.
Indigenous yeast.
20% malo.
Fermented and aged in 60% stainless steel, 40% older 228L barrels.
Aged 52 months on the lees.
