Description:
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes that are low trained vines, simple Guyot pruning and Palmet pruning, and partly with lyre (double Guyot pruning). The grapes are harvested by hand at perfect maturity. Long aging with the lees: on average 12 months in 25% new oak, and then a few months in stainless steel before bottling. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and non-chill filtered.
