Cline Old Vine Zinfandel

This Old Vine Zinfandel is a great expression of fresh strawberry the varietal is known for, while at the same time possessing the complex flavors of spice and vanilla. The wine has excellent balance and delivers a lot of flavor and finesse.

This wine is made from grapes from ten select vineyards in Lodi - primarily the old Mokelumne River region near the town center. Soils are generally sandy loam and the region experiences warm days and nights cooled by Sacramento Delta breezes. It has long been revered for its high quality Zinfandel. We have worked with these growers for decades to cultivate the best old vines in the district. Low yields and long hangtime culminate in vibrant fruit and perfect ripeness.
