Description:
The grapes from this wine are harvested by hand in small crates. The grapes are then manual sorted and destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated for 4 weeks with soft punching-down, malolactic fermentation in vats. 50% in new oak barrels, 35% in concrete amphoras and 15% in one wine oak barrel for 16 to 18 months.
