Only neutral barrels are employed. Whole cluster pressed chardonnay. We don’t promote or prohibit malolactic fermentation, allowing the wine to be in balance, bright and elegant. This dense white wine exhibits aromas of Meyer lemon and tangerine, balanced by flavors of citrus, Key lime and sea salt. Pair with grilled lemon-parsley Mahi Mahi, shellfish, sushi and pork loin. This bottled California chardonnay is 14.5% alcohol by volume.
