Julien Pineau Rouge Sucettes A Launis 2021

This wine is made within the Touraine appellation but is intentionally declassified to Vin de France. In any case, Pineau d'Aunis is no longer allowed in the appellation. Whole-cluster, full carbonic maceration for seven days. The fruit is then pressed, fermented and aged in fiberglass. The name of this wine is a reference to the Serge Gainsbourg song Sucettes à l'Anis. The label is designed by Julien's friend Brice Poil, a tattoo artist
