• Second Growth Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Columbia Valley

One of our favorites here, and a consistent performer at a serious value. It’s full-bodied with lush black fruit, framed by herbal notes with fine-grained tannins and good acidity to lift the dense finish. A very classic style of Cabernet Sauvignon and a great value.
• Maccan Ribolla 2019 Gialla, Italy

This rare and wonderful wine is marked with floral nuances, elegant on the palate with balanced acidity and lingering mineral notes. Ideal as an aperitif, great with soups, cold cuts, and savory fish dishes. Great with roasted chicken, pork or Cajun shrimp dishes.

This lesser-known cru in Northern Rhone is the home of some of its greatest producers, including Domain Lombard. Their 2016 Brezéme is 100% Syrah with a bright, powerful nose and in the glass has a freshness and tension pinned together with fine, chalky tannins and smoky, spicy fruit flavors. Truly and ‘experience’ of a wine.

• Ott Am Berg Gruner Veltliner 2018 Austria

Light in texture and very fresh, this is an organically farmed, classic GV from loess soils in the Feuersbrunn region. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves the clean freshness of this delicious wine.
• Jacob Heims Riesling Spatlese 2019 Germany

This Riesling leans on the sweeter side with a brilliant beam of fresh peach and lip-smacking acidity. Give it a slight chill and enjoy with oysters, calamari grilled and dressed with olive oil and oregano and angel hair pasta lightly tossed with poached salmon pieces and pine nuts.

We just love this Chardonnay. Imagine a powerful, yet elegant chard, aged in a blend of new and neutral oak, this wine has one foot in California and the other squarely planted in Burgundy. On the one hand, the slightly toasty, buttery notes are present and accounted for, but not without an accompaniment of acidity, minerality, melon and tropical fruit.
• Meinklang Blaufrankisch Austria $18.99
Meinklang owns several cattle helping to fertilize the vines, -hence the cow on the label- making for a biodynamic style winery. Blaufrankisch is the variety; it’s a wonderfully approachable style if you enjoy Pinot Noir, Gamay, or Grenache. It’s red-fruited at the core with herbal and peppery undertones.
