Mckenzie Bourbon Whiskey

McKenzie (there are two guys there, both name McKenzie, unrelated) does a fine job pulling some classic confectionery tones out of corn and oak. He sets this against a rye-and-wood spice field, a lovely balancing act. All in all it's a classically-toned Bourbon that strikes its own pose. I really like the rye work in this Bourbon, finishing with a spicy rye-driven flourish. -Jay Erisman
