We crush and ferment whole Golden Delicious apples from Yakima, Washington and distill following the customs of the Calvados makers of Normandy to make this traditional Apple Brandy. Aged for two years in Limousin oak, this brandy is at home in many classic cocktails and recipes, and wherever "applejack" is called for.
