Les Vins Pirouettes is a project started by Christian Binner. Working with a selection of organic and biodynamic growers their aim is to bring affordable ‘natural’ wines to the people! Each cuvée is made at the young vigneron’s winery that supplied the grapes and Christian lends a hand, offering advice and guidance. Each cuvée features the Pirouette's name and the grower’s name.
