Giacomo Fenocchio Anima Arancio 2021

Made from 100% Arneis grown in Monteu Roero with a southeastern exposure, sitting at 300-500 meters above sea level. The vines are 10 to 15 years old and planted in calcareous clay soils. The fruit is gently pressed in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and then macerated for 30 days with skins. Aged in 80 year old ceramic amforae for 10 months.
