Classic Pinot Gris, dense and powerful, fully fermented with fine herbal spice and pleasant acidity. The expansion in wooden barrels gives it its character without distorting the fine aroma of the grapes. Grown on the slopes of the Middle Nahe on weathered volcanic soil and loess loam. Fermentation and approx. 6 months maturation in classic large wooden barrels made of German oak.
