Domaine Rimbert Cousin Oscar is medium-bodied with notes of juicy raspberries, violets, cherries, and integrated acidity on the finish.

A top wine of 2021 selected by our wine department. This wine hit our shelves in mid-Summer and has been my jam ever since. I definitely serve it chilled to turn the volume up on the juicy, bright fruit. It’s a Cinsault-driven wine with a touch of Pinot Noir. All of the fruit is de-stemmed and the wine only sees stainless steel for a brief aging period. Drink this wine alongside chili, tacos, just about anything! - Stephen
