Overbrook has a storied history of producing whiskies that reaches back to 1887. Overbrook's 4 year old Straight Bourbon is distilled from a Mash Bill comprised of 78% Corn, 12% Malted Barley and 10% Rye. The barrels are toasted to a #3 Char Level to impart a balanced experience imparting notes of vanilla and creamy caramel on the nose and palate. The distillate enters the barrels at 125 proof and after 4 years is carefully blended with on of the finest water sources in the country to achieve a 80 proof masterpiece.
