Jean Ziegler’s finicky Pinot Noir is sustainably hand-harvested from the sunbathed slopes of the Vosges Mountains and crafted into this dry and crisp sparkler. Just like Champagne, this Pinot is re-fermented in bottle resulting in a refined and persistent bubble. Hints of buttered croissants complement bright fresh red cherries and wild strawberries with just the right amount of sparkle on the long, dry finish.
