A dark Vacqueras with black reflections. The nose is marked by Syrah with violet and black fruits that feature a note of garrique and thyme. Followed by a sweet attack on the palate which continues with catchy tannins. garrique dominates the palate. A long finish based on the structure.

A top wine of 2021 selected by our wine department. This wine has the makings of a Cotes du Rhone, but the quality and complexity of a wine that comes from a single vineyard. The value of this wine is crazy and its lengthy finish is smooth drinks far above its price point. The place is called Vacqueras and it comes from the southern Rhone Valley. This is the wine people call “GSM,” aka Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre. Drink this with sausages and grilled meats.
