Bayo Plata Tequila has a wonderful fruity nose of raw agave and white flowers. A rich and full mouthfeel with notes of roasted agave and black pepper. Very soft and easy drinking. The 100% Weber blue agave is grown in the fertile dark brown earth of El Valle, and produces spicy, earthy, and herbaceous agaves, rich in volcanic material. The soil is abundant with minerals such as copper, iron, potassium and silica. El Valle is the original area of tequila. The "birthplace" of tequila.
